STEPS  TO   SIGN-UP

Step 1

JOIN USA WATER POLO

Membership: Memberships are on a calendar year basis, and expire on December 31 of each year.  Each member of USA Water Polo is covered by the best  insurance package available in aquatics today.  The insurance will remain with you and your club anywhere water polo takes you, including any international play.

Information you need to sign-up with USA Water Polo:

• Membership level:  GOLD - The "complete" athlete membership, eligible for all USAWP sanctioned activity, including club practices, sanctioned events, National Championship Events (NJO's) and all Olympic Development programs.
• Club Name:  Olympiakan Reservner / ORWP
• Club #:  1344
• Zone:  Coastal California

Step 2

SIGN -UP WITH ORWP CLUB.

  Sign up and pay online at  www.orwp.us

- 12U Boys  - $450 
- 14U Boys  - $450 
- 16U Boys  - $480 
- 18U Boys  - $480 

Sign-up by mail:  Download  and complete the ORWP Club Registration Forms

• Write a check  to "ORWP Club" (non-refundable).

10U Boys - $450 (seasonal)
12U Boys - $450 (seasonal)
14U Boys - $450 (seasonal)
16U & 18/U  Boys - $480 (seasonal)

• Mail both the forms and check to: 
• ORWP Club, 
• 11408 Collett Ave. Granada Hills CA 91344
• Complete the United States Water Polo 2017 Athlete Membership Registration Form (disregard if you are already a member).  Required information:
  • Club name:  Olimpiakan Reservner / ORWP
  • Club #:  1344
  • Zone:  Coastal California Zone 11
• Mail it or bring to Coach Vahik

Pleas note:  If your USWP Registration is current and you only need to change the club name, simply log -in (using your issued password) and make the change - you are allowed one club change annually. If you are unable to log in, please fax a letter to             (714) 960-2431       with the player name, current USWP number, past club, and current club name (ORWP Club, # 1344, Coastal California Zone -11.  If you need additional assistance,please contact USA Water Polo at             (714) 500 - 5449      .

Only players "completely registered" will be allowed to practice and participate in tournaments.

IF THE MEMBER NOT COMPLETELY REGISTERED  BEFORE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE (see steps 1 & 2 above)  WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE .
